• Multi-Wallet Management: Tools for simultaneous trading from multiple wallets.
• Limit Orders: Tools to execute a trade on specific condition

3. Eligibility

To use the Market Whale platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to authenticate using your blockchain wallet. By connecting your wallet, you agree to the following:

• The only data stored by Market Whale is your public wallet address, which is used solely for authentication purposes.
• No personal data is required or collected beyond the public wallet key.
• You are responsible for keeping your wallet credentials (private keys, seed phrases, etc.) secure and confidential, as these are not stored or managed by Market Whale.
• You accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your wallet address, including any trades or transactions initiated through the platform.

5. Risks of Automated Trading

By using Market Whale, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves a high level of risk, and you could lose a significant portion or all of your investment. You should only trade funds that you can afford to lose.

6. No Financial Advice

Market Whale provides tools for executing strategies on DEX platforms but does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All strategies are provided as-is, and you are solely responsible for evaluating their suitability.

7. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Market Whale for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

• Using the platform to conduct fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market Whale and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
